When we say we are “business-friendly”, one of the things we are referring to is our innovative tax policy. In 2018, the local trade tax rate – which had already been favorable for years – was reduced by a further 10 points to the current 250 points, the lowest rate in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. For us, this is a further step towards making the vibrant business location of Monheim am Rhein even more attractive.

Monheim am Rhein has excellent transport links thanks to the nearby airports of Düsseldorf and Cologne/Bonn, the A3, A59 and A542 motorways as well as the local public transport network. But the town’s digital connections are also good – thanks to a future-proof, area-wide fiber optic network that ensure extremely high-performance internet connections up to the Gbit/s range.
